Tree Notebook presents itself as a hierarchical notes manager tailored for the organization of personal information. It is compatible with iOS devices, specifically iPhones and iPads, and offers a Windows counterpart that can be synchronized with up to three iOS devices via a local Wi-Fi connection, eliminating the need for internet access during synchronization.

The application categorizes data into two segments: a public section that is accessible without password protection, and an encrypted private section requiring a password for access. This dual structure enhances user security while ensuring ease of access to general information.

Data within Tree Notebook is structured in a tree-like multilevel hierarchy, featuring folders and notes. Each folder can house both notes and additional folders, creating a versatile organizational system. Users can include expansive text within any item, along with attachments such as images or other files.

The app offers multiple ways to represent data: a tree view, a flat list of items (folders and notes) at the current level, a selection of “Favorites,” or a record of recently accessed items (“History”). Each individual item's content can be easily viewed or edited.

With robust search capabilities, Tree Notebook supports both simplified and conditional global searches, in addition to local searches within item text. Items can be sorted based on various criteria, including alphabetical order, creation or modification dates, and custom-defined sequences. Users can also personalize item titles with different font styles, colored flags, and graphic icons.

An innovative feature of the app allows any item to possess an Event attribute, enabling it to function as an alarm clock or reminder. Additionally, a calendar feature is integrated to assist users in managing events efficiently.

Tree Notebook is available for free on both iOS devices and desktop PCs, making it an accessible choice for users seeking an organized approach to personal information management.
